Listings with Aloha is based in Oahu, Hawaii. As a family, we PCSed here in 2016. Real Estate has always been a goal and so as we learned everything it takes to build an amazing process to help agents go through each step of listings and transactions efficiently, the idea of our business was born. We’ve brought what we know and love back to the island and can’t wait to share our process with you!

Clarissa is a Jersey girl living on Oahu - as a mom, army wife, entrepreneur - a Faith based foodie who strives to help those around her in all that she does.
She started her career in real estate in the title and escrow field and learned the ins and outs of the loan process, and how to take a deal - sellers and buyers to closing.
After the world started to normalize from the pandemic it was on her heart to still have the flexibility of being at home and diving back into real estate.
As an entrepreneur, her goal was to build her business from her phone and wherever life moves the family.
As a military spouse with two young children it has been my passion to be available to my family, and to build a business from wherever we find ourselves in the world.
While the business is based on Oahu, everything is done virtually and her vision is to grow the company over the nation. Currently, we’ve been blessed to be able to serve the D.C. metro area, Oahu, and California. There is nothing you can’t do with a good wifi connection!
